There’s a moment before change arrives when everything feels charged with possibility. Threshold captures that space between what was and what’s coming.
I let the colours collide and overlap the way emotions do when we’re standing at the edge of something new. The marks are spontaneous and layered because that’s what transition feels like. It’s not clean or linear.
The florals emerged almost by accident, soft reminders that beauty shows up even in the in-between.
This piece reminded me that we spend so much of our lives in these threshold moments. The magic isn’t in the arrival, it’s in the courage to move through.
